Eligible unused products may be requested for return within 7 days after delivery.

Item condition

Products should remain unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund handling

Refund timing depends on the selected payment method and requires backend order verification.

• Photograph damaged or incorrect items.
• Keep the invoice and packaging.
• Do not send an item before the return is approved.
